LET US HELP YOU WITH YOUR REQUEST

We want you to love everything about your Elizabella Bridal purchase and be completely in love & satisfied with our products.

But if something is not quite right, please reach out to our client care team by emailing info@elizabellabridal.com.au or filling out a contact form via the contact us page on our website.

 

Return Policy

All eligible items for return must be requested in writing within 14 days of receipt of the order. After this 14 day period all sales are final.

Due to hygiene & safety, earrings and lingerie purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. In this case our team will assess the item and provide you with a store credit if the item is deemed faulty.

Please allow our team 1-2 business days to respond to your request (the time it takes for us to respond is not included in the 14 day period).

Please note that any personalised items are not eligible for a return.

Please note that all returned products must be in original condition, neatly folded, unworn, with all the tags attached and in the same packaging that they arrived in. Purchased items must not be damaged or soiled.

Our customer care team has the right to cancel a return. If your return does not meet this criteria above, it will not be accepted.
